The Plug (Square - Terminals "C-FR-IG-L") is at 10: 00 (Side), While the B+ Stud (Top Rear) is at 12: 00. Denso Claims That the 126600-0140 Regulator Used in the Original 104210-3290 and the 126600-3200 Regulator Used in the 104210-3291 Will Not "Replace" Each Other (No More Info as to Why is Available Yet). They Do Sell One Aftermarket in the Aftermarket to Replace All Versions of the 104210-3290 thru -93.
