The 120A Version in the Late 17SI Case (Like 7287, 7288) Is the 7934-12. The 7291-12 Came Originally Without the Special Taper Fit Pulley Found on the 7934-12, But it is Suggested to Replace this Old Pulley With the Taper. The 7934-12 Will Not Fit in Place of the 7291-12 Due to a Difference in the Rear Bracket Mounts and Threaded Hole Location.
