note: We Have Added More OE Numbers to the 8224-11 as of 5/2003 Because of a Running Change That Appears to Have Been Made in the #703 Regulator, as Well as More Information About the #9734 Used in 1999. The Later #703 and #9734 Are "I" Terminal Regulators (vs. "F" Terminal in the #705), But Turn On the Same Way as the #705. Problems With Trying to Use the 8200-11 in These Applications Was That the Alternator Would Not Always Turn On in the Car, Unless the Correct Version of the #703 (or the #9734) Was Used. Rather Than Try to Determine a Test for the #703, or to Add Additional Part Numbers to Try to Cover This, It Was Decided to Merge These Into the 8224-11, as the Field Reports That the #705 Works, Despite the "I" vs. "F" Terminal Difference (The "I" Terminal Does Not Appear to Be Used in the Applications Affected). This PIC Number Was Unaffected By the Change in the 8200-11, and the Re-Shuffling of the 8224-11.
